Educational Party Series Kicks off at Vega Residence

Foundation Trustees Sharon Kenny and John Vega recently co-hosted an informal David Lawrence Centers and Foundation “friendraiser” at the Vega residence. More than 30 of their close friends were introduced to board members and management to learn more about the Center and Foundation and the current issues the agencies face. These casual, educational events give board members the opportunity to share with their friends on a more personal level their passion for the volunteer work they are doing.

An entire series of these private parties are being hosted by board members over the next several months to generate awareness and grow support for the great work being done for children and adults with mental health and substance use problems in Collier County.
