While May is known as Mental Health Month, it’s important to remember that there are those suffering from mental health problems all year long. May is to help us raise awareness for the importance of mental health and how important it is for us take a concrete stand in helping our loved ones that may be dealing with mental health issues.

Life is full of obstacles and challenges and these challenges can present themselves to us at the worst possible times.   • Thinking about what you should be doing often

  • Exercising every day
