Naples, Fl – The David Lawrence Centers, Collier County’s only comprehensive, not-for-profit mental health and substance use treatment facility serving children, adults and families, is pleased to announce the Third Annual Chip in for DLC Golf Tournament will be held Friday, October 21, 2016 at the beautifully appointed Wyndemere Golf and Country Club located at 700 Wyndemere Way in Naples.

The lunch and registration begins at 11:30 am, tee-off is at 1:00 pm, and the awards cocktail reception is scheduled for 5:30 pm. Guests will enjoy a beautiful, feel-good fall afternoon while supporting a great cause that continues to touch the lives of thousands in our community.

The tournament will be played in an 18-hole scramble with four-person teams. Participants who enter as individuals will be placed on a team. Following the tournament will be a casual awards cocktail reception where spouses, guests and other non-golfers are welcome to join in on the festivities.

Individual players are $250 per person and teams are $1,000 per foursome. The deadline for player reservations is October 7, 2016. Individual player fees include green fees and a cart, lunch and the awards cocktail reception. Awards cocktail reception only tickets are $50 per person.

All proceeds will benefit the mission, operations, and expansion of the David Lawrence Center’s innovative, comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community based prevention and treatment services.

The Chip in for DLC Golf Tournament is presented by the David Lawrence Centers in partnership with the David Lawrence Centers Young Executives and is being chaired by Young Executives Board Member Rob Edwards.
